The IPEC team has the knowledge and insight to help you optimize the efficiency and productivity of your industrial equipment solutions.  Our team comes from a range of sales, engineering, and customer service backgrounds, bringing new and innovative perspectives to the industrial equipment industry. 

Scott R. Gunselman

Owner & President

When did you start at IPEC?

1987.

What do you like most about the IPEC team?

The relationships we as a team have developed with customers and suppliers over the many years. The youthful energy and excitement the team brings to work every day makes life at IPEC very rewarding.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I like spending time with my two awesome kids, Grady and Erin. I love watching European football now that I’ve hung up my cleats. 

Spencer McClure

Account & Operations Manager

When did you start at IPEC?

October 2021.

What do you like most about the IPEC team?

Collaborating with people who share the goal of growing this company. I also love working with such a positive and energetic group of people.

What do you like to do outside of work?

Golf, Cleveland sports, and traveling with my friends and family.

David Spitz

Sales Engineer

June 2021.

What do you like most about the IPEC team?

I love the high amount of energy in the office each day.  

What do you like to do outside of work?

I like to golf, bowl, and try new restaurants. 

Aryan Tamrakar

Asset Management Engineer

What do you like most about the IPEC team?

I love the environment and how we all push each other to be the best we can be.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I like to play guitar and run, and I also enjoy soccer and Formula 1.

What do you like most about the IPEC team?

I love the teamwork mindset we have here. I love that we’re such a close-knit group.

What do you like to do outside of work?

My life outside work is steeped in my faith and family. I also enjoy being outdoors and riding motorcycles.

What do you like most about the IPEC team?

I love that everyone brings a little something different to the table in terms of perspective or experience.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I like spending time with my family and friends, and I also really love listening to audiobooks.

Gabe Nish

What do you like most about the IPEC team?

My favorite thing is being able to work on something new each day.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I like going to local breweries with my friends, playing golf, and watching my favorite sports teams.

What do you like most about the IPEC team?

I love that I get to learn something new every day. I also love that learning something new helps me grow as part of this dynamic team.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I enjoy golfing, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.

What do you like most about the IPEC team?

What I like most about our IPEC team is the warm and welcoming environment. It really makes it easy to feel part of the team from day one. Everybody is willing to help and grow together to bring out the best of IPEC.

What do you like to do outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and playing sports like basketball, soccer, and volleyball. I'm also passionate about music and love spending a good time with my friends and family.
